Tour Operations Manager for Iran

We are looking for a Tour Operations Manager who will oversee all tour and office operations for Persiaventura. Job duties include making travel arrangements with transportation, accommodation, tours and activities for our trips to ensure smooth trips for our clients and the success of our brand.

We’re looking for a person who...

  • Is highly motivated to gain professional experience in the tourism field
  • Has a native level of Farsi and a very high level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Ideally has 1+ years in tourism industry
  • Is communicative and well organized, as well as attentive to details
  • Is problem solving oriented
  • Is able to work independently with initiative and confidence in taking decisions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Has advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Is available to work full time (mostly from Tehran, including training)

These are your responsibilities:

  • Contact airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies to make suitable arrangements
  • Manage domestic flight coordination as needed
  • Bookings and coordination of reservation changes
  • Prepare information for tourists and tour guides.
  • B2B experience
  • Maintain statistical and financial records
  • KPI: Client satisfaction, Providers satisfaction, Costs.
  • Prepare information for tourists and tour guides.
  • Market research
  • 24/7 Emergency phone coverage on a rotational basis
  • Develop ideas to improve and simplify processes
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Dealing with payments
